PMDD Tracker ("Daily Record of Severity of Problems")
Diagnosing PMDD requires more than a single conversation; it requires a 'roadmap' of your unique cycle. By tracking your symptoms prospectively for two months, we can differentiate between PMDD and other mood concerns.

Next Steps
-
Consistency is Key: Set a phone alarm for the same time every evening to record your scores.
-
The Scale is from 1-6, 1 = No symptoms; 6 = Severe distress.
-
The "Meds" Row (Available in the Google Sheets Tracker): Use this to track how your prescribed treatments are performing throughout different phases of your cycle.
-
The "Bleeding" Row: Mark a 6 (or Yes) on any day you have your period. This helps us see if the "cliff" (the drop in symptoms) occurs right as your period starts.
Once you have completed two full cycles of tracking, please bring your logs to our next consultation for a detailed review.
