Payments

All payments should be made prior to availing of the services mentioned on the website.

The user's session booking will be cancelled if payment is not received at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling the session

• To reschedule, please contact at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled session for free reschedule.

• Reschedules within 2 hours will not be refunded.

• To cancel, please contact at least 2 hours in advance of the scheduled session for a refund.

• Cancellations within 2 hours will not be refunded.
   

Cancellation by Doctor

• In case of cancellation from our end, free rescheduling or refund is available at any time. Please contact draanashah@protonmail.com for further details.

• If, due to unforeseeable technical glitches or delays from our end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety, please contact draanashah@protonmail.com for a refund or rescheduling.
